Q?

What areas do you cover?

A.

Really any residential pool in central Florida I will go see. Outside of that I can refer you to someone else.

Q?

Can you teach us how to take care of our pool once we close?

A.

Yes we can. We offer a pool school to our inspection clients. The cost is $120 which allots up to 2 hours of time to show you everything about your pool. Things like how to operate it, test and maintain your pool are all covered in our pool school.

Q?

Can you help us with our pool after we close?

A.

If you would like us too then we sure can. Just let us know how we can help you!

Q?

You don’t mark things bad even though it’s not, right?

A.

Great question. We do our inspections from a completely unbiased point of view. We don't even recommend ourselves as the pool contractor in our referral list. That way, you know that what we're telling you is to the best of our knowledge and with your best interest at heart.

Q?

What does your pool inspection cover?

A.

Our pool inspection covers essentially everything to do with your pool. The pool itself, the decking, a screen enclosure (if you have one), the pool equipment, and so much more. It's certainly the most comprehensive inspection for your pool in the Tampa Bay Area.

Q?

I’m closing soon, can you get out to me before I do?

A.

Yes, we should be able to get out to you within 48 hours of our initial contact. So don't hesitate to reach out to us so we can help you.

Q?

How long is the turn around for the report?

A.

I ask my inspection clients for a 48 hour turn around for the reports. That is upon completing the inspection.

Q?

Do you take things apart for a deeper look?

A.

Unfortunately, we do not. Our inspections are completed from what is observable above ground and without taking things apart. There is a lot of liability of taking apart equipment that we do not have prior history with. Also, we are not a leak detection company or do any pressure testing of the pool plumbing. We do not take timer boxes or filters apart.

Q?

What does your inspection cost?

A.

Our inspection costs $299 which includes completing the inspection and furnishing the inspection report. For an additional $175, we can provide quantifiable documentation if the pool is losing water through a possible leak.
